Bugs happen. We squash them fast. The more details you give us, the quicker we can fix it.

What to include:

  • 2.What happened instead
  • 3.Your device and OS version (iPhone 15, iOS 18, etc.)
  • 4.A screenshot or screen recording if you can

Have an Idea?

Some of our best features started as user suggestions. If you think "this app would be so much better if it could..." tell us. We're listening.

Response Times

General questions. We aim for within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Often much faster.

Something's broken. We prioritize bugs that prevent you from using the app. These get looked at first.

Feature requests. We read every one. We can't build everything, but we'll always let you know we heard you.
