When the app launches, you'll add your pets' names, breeds, and health records. This is the stuff that makes the app useful. We store it securely so you can access it from anywhere.
Vet records, vaccination certificates, lab results. We use AI to read these and translate them into plain language. The documents stay in your account, and you can delete them whenever you want.
To make the app work. We use your pet's health data to show you their records, send reminders, and answer your questions about their health.
To improve Pet Moments. We look at how people use the app (like which features are popular) so we can make it better. This data is anonymized, so we never know it's you.
To send you updates. Important stuff like launch announcements, major updates, or if there's ever a security issue. No spam. We promise.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest. That means whether your data is being sent to our servers or sitting there waiting for you, it's scrambled in a way that only we can unscramble.
We use Firebase and Google Cloud, which are the same services trusted by millions of other apps. They're really good at security.
Access to your data is limited to the people who absolutely need it to keep Pet Moments running. And they're not allowed to snoop.
Download your data. Want a copy of everything we have? Just ask. We'll send it to you.
Delete your data. Changed your mind? No problem. Delete your account and we'll wipe everything. No guilt trips, no "are you sure?" popups ten times.
Correct your data. If something's wrong, you can fix it yourself in the app or ask us to help.
We use a few cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. Nothing creepy. No tracking you around the internet to sell you pet food ads.
